Teams of up to eight play with no penalty. Bigger squads are welcome too: each player beyond eight adds a one-time two point deduction at the start of the game, and from there everyone competes on an even playing field.
Each venue sets its own prizes. Most award gift cards to the top teams, with the biggest going to first place. Ask your host what's on the line at your bar.
Brain Play is our season-long championship race. Playing under a registered team account earns points toward the season standings each week, and the top teams qualify for the Championship game.
Yes, phones are part of the game! Teams submit their answers right from their phone's browser, with nothing to download. Searching for answers is against the rules, and hosts keep the game fair.
